Digital urban walk, Le Locle

"I’ve always been interested in urban planning and environmental issues, so I wanted to experience a digital walk dedicated to sustainable urban planning in the city of Locle. Even better, I was able to use my tablet on this tour. At each station, I found QR codes to scan for links to interesting videos. What a delight to discover all these new ideas and future projects to improve Le Locle’s quality of life along the way. I had no idea that there was a new urban elevator providing access to the train station and a better connection to the city centre. Although still less than on the other side of the Temple, the daily traffic volume of 25,000 cars was causing all kinds of nuisances. No wonder a project for a new bypass road has been discussed for years."
