"We’re here at this beautiful place, Vue-des-Alpes, but this time we’re not just here to look at the view but for a fun family activity. After checking that the youngest member of our group can come along, we get into our sleds and start our ascent, giving me a moment to appreciate the scenery but also reassure myself of the brake given the descent ahead... and then we`re off! I’m cautious the first time, getting to know the track, and my husband complains behind me at my slow progress. But I go for it the next few times and I’m surprised at how much I enjoy the feeling of speed! We had a great time, full of laughs and excitement."
