"I remember, when I was small, I used to love coming here with my parents to admire the animals. So I decided to come back, this time all on my own like a big girl. OH MY GOODNESS! I just had the fright of my life! I’m terrified of crocodiles and here’s one of these creatures welcoming us. It looks like a real one. In fact, it is a real one! Stuffed, of course, but real! It sends a shiver down your spine. From the raven to the vulture, all possible and imaginable birds are here. Animals from the swamp, more impressive than ever, sit there staring at us. You feel like they’ll leap out at any moment. And there’s lots more besides… Summary of visit: I was braver when I was 6!"
