"A lovely tingling sensation on the tip of the tongue! On this beautiful day in October, I’m sitting on a terrace enjoying the tranquil view. In the foreground, there’s a glass containing the golden drops of the authentic Neuchâtel white wine and in the background, the vineyards in their autumn clothing on a gentle slope towards the lake. Heaven! What a privilege to drink such an invigorating wine, with its floral bouquet that’s reminiscent of the summer. Being here, in the presence of all these magical ingredients – sun, earth, lake and chasselas vines, it’s almost too good to be true. The proprietor turns up and nudges me out of my thoughts: have you tasted our new red blend yet?"
