"The ancient Benedictine monastery definitely has its place in Val-de-Travers. In the small village of Môtiers, the mysterious Prieuré St-Pierre cellars seem to have been waiting for visitors for centuries. As for the Mauler family, they have been creating great famous sparkling wines since 1829, using traditional methods. We start our tour with a film, then visit the cellars where the skilful blend lives. Still calm and still in a beneficial darkness, the bubbles of this delicious liquid are created on D day: tasting day. This takes place in the cellar and is a great end to the Prieuré St-Pierre tour."
